Hayden’s Arboricultural Consultants are looking for a Full Time Administrator to join their team in Salisbury. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We would consider part time hours (minimum of 3 days a week) for the correct candidate.
Duties will include acting as first port of call for visitors, telephone answering & distribution, data entry and manipulation, report typing & formatting, liaising with clients, project set up, research & collation, report issuing, diary management, facilities maintenance and general assistance supporting the consultant team and the Office Manager (based at Head Office in Bury St Edmunds).
Experience using Microsoft Office packages is essential. Experience in using Microsoft Access databases or similar would be preferred, however training can be given. You must be willing to travel to Bury St Edmunds for induction training and ad-hoc training. You must be positive & driven, polite and punctual, excellent at prioritising, with a helpful can-do attitude with a keen eye for detail.
