Hayden’s Arboricultural Consultants are looking for a Full Time Administrator to join their team in Bury St Edmunds. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We would consider hiring on a part time basis for the right candidate.
Duties will include acting as first port of call for visitors, telephone answering & distribution, data entry and manipulation, report typing & formatting, liaising with clients, research & collation, filing and general assistance supporting the Office Manager.
Experience using Microsoft Office packages is essential. Experience in using Microsoft Access databases or similar would be preferred, however training can be given. You must be positive & driven, polite and punctual, excellent at prioritising, with a helpful can-do attitude with a keen eye for detail.
